"Not really." She said, ignoring the sudden clicking. "I just feel a little worn out, in whatever way us vampires are worn out."

"Does life tire thee." I quoted jokingly.
"I wouldn't know how us Vampires can be tired or worn out. I haven't felt that way since I was changed."

"Lucky, I feel this way all the time. Its usually when I need to relax, after I've been in a stressful situation..." Valisa trailed off, hoping Kyle knew what she ment.

"Do I stress you out?" I inquired.
I didn't know what could be so stressful about the last 24 hours.

"No not you, Kyle." Valisa said. "The wolf, remember?" She said, not bothering to open her eyes.

"O right. I guess that might be a little stressful." I answered. It didn't seem stressful to me but I guess that was because I was use to fighting off large animals all through my childhood. It didn't seem strange that the animals in this world would be larger, but it seemed reasonable that most would be stressed by that situation.

"Yeah, since I'm not really the one to fight with the wolves. I leave them alone, they leave me alone. I wonder why that one attacked..." Valisa trailed off.

"Well wolves are known for protecting there territory, but that would be La Push...." I trialed off lost in my thoughts I started to pace going through other reasons on how it would see us as a threat. "Unless!" I suddenly shot to a conclusion. "It was protecting its territory just not land wise. It must have a mate out here. Its bonded." I glanced back at her hoping that this would make since to her.
